Matthew 28:19–20

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” — Matthew 28:19–20

Reflection

These were not merely Jesus’ final words before His ascension. They were a commission.

Go. Make disciples. Teach.

The Gospel was never meant to stop with us.

We have been entrusted with the good news of Jesus Christ—not only to believe it, but to carry it into our homes, our friendships, our workplaces, our communities, and wherever God sends us.

And we do not go alone.

The same Jesus who commands us to go also promises, “I am with you always.”
